1. Introduction

Welcome to sora2. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sora2 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the sora2 website at sora2.bid, including all games, services, promotions, and features available on sora2.

2. Eligibility

sora2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, sora2 may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation. Providing false information during registration on sora2 is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

If sora2 discovers that a player has registered while under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned where possible, and any winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited. sora2 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on sora2. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If sora2 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts involved may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering on sora2, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update them in your sora2 account settings promptly.

sora2 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

• One account per person — no exceptions on sora2.

4. Deposits

Before your first withdrawal, sora2 requires completion of KYC identity verification. This is a one-time process. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals on sora2 are processed without additional documentation unless sora2 has reason to request further verification.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn from sora2. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times in total before withdrawal is permitted. • Bonuses on sora2 are for personal use only and cannot be transferred.

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on sora2 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited. The outcomes of all games on sora2 are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player or third party. Published RTP figures on sora2 reflect the actual, verified return-to-player percentages for each game.

Players are expected to engage with sora2 games in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each individual game. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting scripts or bots, reverse-engineer game logic, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on sora2 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

8. Account Security

• Using sora2 for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with sora2 games.

If your sora2 account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play during the suspension period. sora2 will conduct its investigation as promptly as possible and communicate the outcome to you via your registered email address.

You may also request voluntary closure of your sora2 account at any time by contacting sora2 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

11. Responsible Gaming

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sora2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of sora2, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, loss of data, or interruption of service. sora2's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits sora2's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

sora2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. For significant changes, sora2 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of sora2 after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using sora2 and may request account closure by contacting sora2 support.
